Housed within a restored 19th century bank building and designed by Studio Robert McKinley, 301 Wall Street features our lobby check-in, Restaurant Kinsley + Bar, and 10 guest rooms including 7 Standard King rooms, 1 Superior King, 1 Double Queen and our most luxurious room, the Wall St Suite. Rooms start at $419/night.
A carefully restored Dutch home, 41 Pearl Street offers 13 rooms which range from cozy Queen rooms to luxurious King rooms. Each room is architecturally unique and some feature original details like tile-framed fireplaces and cabinetry. In addition to 7 King rooms and 5 Queen rooms, Pearl Street offers a Queen Suite with a twin daybed in a separate room–ideal for families traveling with children. Rooms start at $399/night.
270 Fair St features a ground floor women’s boutique, River Mint Finery, that operated as a Singer sewing machine retail store and repair shop from the late 1940s to 1960s. Fair Street offers 12 rooms including 2 Double Queen rooms, 5 Single Queen rooms, and 5 King rooms, featuring a private rooftop deck for hotel guests. Rooms start at $399/night.
Converted from a residential European style cottage predating the Revolutionary War, 24 John St is a charming 18th century house that is rich with history as an original Dutch stone structure. It seeks to balance quaint upstate living with the urban vibes of Kingston. John St will offer 7 rooms including 6 Queen rooms and 1 King Suite. Rooms starting at $399/night.

Directions
Kingston is located 91 miles north of New York City. Guests may take Amtrak from Penn Station to Rhinecliff, followed by a 15 minute taxi ride to Kingston. Adirondack Trailways operates bus service from Port Authority in New York City directly into Kingston, a short walk or ride to Hotel Kinsley.
